The historical society relays on the generosity of our community to donate significant local history and in turn the society preserve the artifacts forever and makes them available to the community.

Can You Help?

The historical society is currently looking for a Globe America Lifeboat manufactured during World War II in Kokomo, Indiana.

Also, the historical society has been trying to locate a photograph of the Lane Brothers Health Food Company and wishes to locate any ancestors of the Lane Brothers.

In addition, an original handwritten letter or dairy documenting the underground railroad in Howard County is needed to prove that this activity was occurring in our community.
