The Elliott House Includes use of
the first floor of the Elliott House, tables and
chairs for 75, a catering kitchen and dressing room $350 rental fee
for the day $75 rental fee

Mansion Tour Includes lunch
with “Mrs. Seiberling” where guests will experience
1893 etiquette,

Rehearsals and Weddings in
the Seiberling Mansion: There will be an
additional fee for supervisory personnel of $30.00 for the first two
hours for
all events held in the Seiberling Mansion.
For every hour, or any portion thereof, after the first
two hours, the user
will pay an additional $10.00 per hour. Payment will be made directly
to the
supervisory personnel.
